• Late Delivery: It can only happen in case of unforeseen reasons with the Writer like being unwell or an emergency situation. To make up for the late delivery, the firm will issue a refund in an acceptable amount. • It is assured that all orders will be delivered on time. Sometimes delays occur as a result of the customer's failure to upload the necessary materials on time. In this scenario, there is no possibility of a refund. Work Not As Described

• Disputed claims: To the extent possible, a firm is required to take the client's dissatisfaction with the quality and specifications of the job into consideration and then resolve the difficulties.
